Low season:

€ 200 per night and €180 from a stay of 3 nights or more

Mid season:

€ 225 per night and €200 from a stay of3 nights or more

High season:

€ 250 per night and €225 from a stay of3 nights or more

Rates are inclusive of all taxes, with breakfast included (excluding extras).
A tourist tax of €0.85 per adult per night is payable on site.
Payment by credit card, cash, or bank transfer (transfer fees are the responsibility of the client).
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 2 days before your arrival.

Our house is reserved for adults.

Check-in is between 5 PM and 7:30 PM (in case of delay or late arrival, please inform us in advance).

The house and rooms are non-smoking (ashtrays are available outside).
As the manor already has three mascots (ducks, chickens, hares, and others), we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
Free parking on the premises.
Meals in the rooms are not allowed unless previously agreed by the owner.

No parties are allowed.
