GUEST HOUSE

Please note, address reserved exclusively for adults

Le Manoir du Val Riant enjoys a privileged location for discovering the pirate city and the Emerald Coast.
Nestled in its green setting, hidden from view and bustle, this 17th and 18th-century residence opens its doors and secrets to you.
Less than 5 km from Saint Malo intra-muros and Dinard, a charming retreat on the edge of the Rance.

THE SPIRIT OF THE PLACE

Le Manoir du Val Riant opens its doors to share with you a unique experience full of charm and authenticity.

For a moment, a night, or longer, come and feel the soul of this old Malouine residence, which Thibaut and Virginie have been passionately renovating for over two years.
Here, you will not experience a standardized tourist experience... You also won't find us on the major tourism platforms, as we prefer discretion and quality over quantity.

We promise you the discovery of a different world, in the calm of a preserved Malouine countryside.
Come lose yourself in this majestic 4-hectare park, stroll and relax to the gentle song of birds, perhaps glimpse a deer or a hare, marvel at th
e nature and biodiversity of the Rance banks that make this place magical.

To preserve the tranquility and serenity of this environment, we have chosen not to accommodate children.

A crackling fireplace, orchard jams, creaking floors, the sound of the wind in the trees, a pleasant kitchen aroma wafting up the old oak staircase, a small chapel, a cozy bed... more than just a room, it's a lifestyle we invite you to share.

Lovers of old stones, nature, authenticity, simplicity, and discretion,
Welcome to Val Riant.

THE ROOMS

The cottage rooms

The Cottage is a stone farmhouse from 1818, part of which has been renovated. Formerly a gîte, we decided to transform it into a guest room. Located within the property, the cottage has a private flowered garden hidden from view and has two bedrooms in a chic country style. The cottage rooms are ideal for those wanting a little more privacy and a more relaxed atmosphere. They have a living room with wood stove and a small American kitchen, living room to share. Your breakfast will be served in the dining room or in the garden depending on the weather. On the other hand, if you want the table d'hôte option, dinner will be served to you in the blue living room of the manor with our other guests.
